This was a quick design for our sailboat to prevent lines from catching on a bow cleat while racing. In the past I've cut and shaped ABS pipe but cutting the angle flat is difficult. There are off the shelf products out there but they can cost up to $85 for a pair. This part is 3D printed in Amphora, a strong durable plastic, with high tensile strength and a good amount of elongation. Photos are of my first version, I'll be updating to reduce the amount of overhang on the cleat. The latest .STL design can be found here.
